My Sister is very angry, and depressed about this situation? They are getting divorced, but she wants another law suit brought against him/her. Is there a law in California that cover deception? Please recommend something. Any help greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Actually, yes, she can have him charged with attempted murder for lying about HIV status.
(at least in Canada it can happen)
She should ask the police to press charges.
Forget about the transgender part- stuff happens. It’s the HIV that is the primary issue.
