I would say San Francisco is number one. I have a gay roommate and have yet to have anyone be surprised at all. If you move here, I’m sure you will feel perfectly at home no matter what your characteristics are. Even if you can’t find a group that shares your exact interests, SF is a very very very accepting place. Come on over!

Then explain to her that your not interested in girls. but respect her for her sexuality and then see if the problem stops..
Anyone who comes out to their frineds needs support so she may find it hard to answer you at first. the important thing is to still be her frined if you actually are her “true friend” This will be eye opening to both you and her because if you do coax her to come out it will certainly filter away the people who she thought were her firneds..
